2. Ordering & Payments

  • Orders can be placed via our website, SeaScoutHats.co.uk. By completing a purchase, you confirm that all details provided are accurate.
  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe, and we accept Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
  • All transactions are charged in GBP (£), and prices include VAT at 20%.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock availability issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We only ship within the UK via Royal Mail and Parcelforce.
  • Shipping options: Standard & Express Delivery.
  • Orders placed by 2 PM Monday-Friday and by 10 AM on Saturday are dispatched the same day (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays).
  • Tracking is provided for all orders.
  • Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery.

Shipping Issues & Lost Parcels

  • If an order is lost or delayed, it must be reported within 14 days so we can raise a claim.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must cover re-delivery costs.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to modify your order before dispatch, contact us via email. We will try to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee them.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, modifications and cancellations are no longer possible.
