Returns/Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Our return and exchange policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery/collection. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Postage costs are non-refundable.
  • You can either post your return or return it in person to our warehouse.

Important:

  • If you collected your order from the warehouse or 3rd Poole Sea Scouts Hall, returns or exchanges must be made in person at our warehouse (Unit 7 Dawkins Business Centre, Poole, BH15 4JY). We cannot accept returns or exchanges at the Scout hall.
  • If you post your return, we only offer a refund upon receipt. You must include a note inside the return with your contact details and order number. We do not process exchanges via post. If you need a different size, you will need to place a new order.

Warehouse Returns & Exchanges – Opening Hours

In-person returns and exchanges can be made at our warehouse during the following hours:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Closed on Sundays & Bank Holidays

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed. Please allow up to 14 days for processing during busy periods.

If the item is returned used or not in its original condition, we cannot offer a refund. If you would like the item sent back to you, there will be a £5 P&P charge.
